What is the NS Ready Membership?
The NS Ready Membership is a special EnergyOne Gym membership designed for pre-enlistees to help them start training and prepare physically before National Service.
How much does it cost?
The membership is $15 per month.
How long is the membership contract?
The NS Ready Membership has a 3-month contract period and is renewable until your date of enlistment.

Who is eligible to sign up?
The membership is for pre-enlistees who have attended their first pre-enlistment medical screening.
What do I need to show when signing up?
You will need to provide a screenshot from the NS Portal (OneNS) confirming your attendance at your first pre-enlistment medical screening.
Is there an admin fee?
Yes. A one-time administrative fee of $25 applies.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The stated membership price is inclusive of 9% GST.
Can I use a different EnergyOne Gym from the one where I signed up?
Yes. The NS Ready Membership provides access to all 7 EnergyOne Gyms, so you can train at whichever location is most convenient for you.
What facilities can I use?
Besides the gym and fitness equipment, members can enjoy access to selected SAFRA club facilities (e.g. swimming pool, steam rooms, jacuzzi) associated with the gym, subject to the facilities available at each club and prevailing access conditions.
