Roadshow Gifts Terms and Conditions

  • The gift redemptions will be first-come, first-served basis and no reservation is allowed, available exclusively at the roadshow only.
  • Paid membership sign up/renewal includes Principal and Dependent membership (2/3/5/10 years) according to available tenures.
  • Each eligible member will only be entitled to receive one (1) gift, regardless of the number of applications you may have successfully applied for.
  • The Gift is strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
  • The voucher is strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable and the extension of validity is not allowed.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to replace the Gift with another item of similar value without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any person. No reservation, refund, or exchange of the Gift is permitted.

Membership Sign-up / Renewal Terms and Conditions

Ordinary/Associate Membership (excluding SAFVC) sign-up/ renewal is applicable for:

  • Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
  • Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2038).
  • Not applicable for Life or Dependent membership sign-ups/renewals. 
  • Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.
  • SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.
  • NS Excellence Award (NSEA) vouchers cannot be used with any ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions and are applicable only against a 2-year SAFRA Membership subscription at standard pricing (i.e. excluding discount).
  • The promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up / renewal only.
  • The promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.
  • SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 
  • The qualified members consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of the Qualified SAFRA members’ personal data by/ to the SAFRA’s agent or vendors and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Am I eligible to join SAFRA?

SAFRA Membership is open to all Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) NSmen, full-time National Servicemen (NSFs), SAF Regulars, Defence Executive Officers and their dependents.

May I bring my family and/or friends to use the facilities at SAFRA clubs?

SAFRA clubs are open to members and their family and friends for most SAFRA-managed facilities. Do visit our website on the various club facilities for more information.

Will I receive a physical SAFRA Membership Card?

With effect from 3rd October 2020, SAFRA will cease the issuance of physical membership cards. Members may log in to the SAFRA Mobile App to download their e-card to access the membership benefits and privileges.

Members holding on to a valid physical SAFRA membership card may continue to use the card until further notice.
