- All prices stated above are inclusive of 9% GST.
- A one-time admin fee of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) each is required for registration of the 2nd and subsequent Dependent members within each family. This administrative fee will be waived until 31 Mar 2025.
Membership Welcome Gifts
The welcome
gift will be issued for Ordinary/Associate Membership application/renewal only.
Each eligible member will only be entitled to receive one (1) gift, regardless
of the number of applications you may have successfully applied for.
Welcome Gift will not be applicable for 3 years membership sign-up/renewal.

Redemption of welcome gift
Club sign-ups/ renewals
- The welcome gift will be issued on-the-spot after your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal has been successfully processed over-the-counter, subject to availability.
Mail-in/ Online/ Mobile
- A Gift Redemption Letter (GRL) will be sent to your registered mailing address within 4-5 weeks after successful processing of your Principal (Ordinary/ Associate) membership application/ renewal.
- If you have misplaced your GRL or has expired, please contact mship_mktg@safra.sg.
Exchange of faulty gift item
You can bring your faulty gift to the nearest SAFRA club within the warranty period. Member will receive a new piece directly from the Customer Service Officer (CSO) after the CSO has verified that the set is faulty.
Terms & Conditions
- The issuance of membership welcome gift ("Gift") is subject to availability, while stocks last.
- The Gift will not be issued for 3-Year Membership Promotion application.
- Each eligible member will only be entitled to receive one (1) gift, regardless of the number of applications you may have successfully applied for.
- The Gift is strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
- SAFRA reserves the right to replace the Gift with another item of similar value without giving any reason or prior notice or assuming any liability to any person. No reservation, refund, or exchange of the Gift is permitted.

Membership Sign-up / Renewal Terms and Conditions
Ordinary/Associate Membership (excluding SAFVC) Sign-up/ renewal is applicable for:
- Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.
- Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2036).
- Not applicable for Life or Dependent membership sign-ups/renewals.
- Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.
- SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.
- NS Excellence Award (NSEA) vouchers cannot be used with any ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions and are applicable only against a 2-year SAFRA Membership subscription at standard pricing (i.e. excluding discount).
- The promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up / renewal only.
- The promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.
- SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The qualified members consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of the Qualified SAFRA members’ personal data by/ to the SAFRA’s agent or vendors and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion.
