Important Notes

Please note that the average processing time of your SAFRA DBS Credit or Debit Card would be approximately 4-6 weeks, subject to submission of all required forms and documents. Within 2 weeks of your application, DBS would notify you (either by mail or phone) on your application. If you are not contacted by DBS within 2 weeks, please email mship_svc@safra.sg. Alternatively, you may call DBS Cards hotline at 1800 111 1111.

For Dependent members, application for SAFRA DBS Supplementary Credit Card will only be processed once Principal member’s SAFRA DBS Credit Card is approved. For eligibility, please refer to SAFRA DBS Credit Card FAQ.
