How to Join A Movie Contest:

1. To submit your entry, log on to m.safra.sg during the contest period.
2. Click on <SAFRA Contests> tab on the left navigation bar and select <Contests> page.
3. Select the contest of your choice and click on the red <Open> button found on the right.
4. Enter/select the answer to the contest and click <Confirm> to submit your entry.

Dongnan (Henry Thia), long been known for his laziness and unreliability is demoted to a security guard by his boss. Struggling with poor career prospects, he dreams of becoming his own boss. With the help of Food Critic Influencer Queen (Dawn Yeoh) and Qiang (Jack Neo), he opens a restaurant and experiences a success with his excellent culinary skills. Seeking to improve his home life and relationship with his wife Nan sao (Aileen Tan), he purchases an AI robot, Ling Ling (Patricia Mok) to help with household chores. However, things take a wrong turn when his apprentice Steven (Zhang Shui Fa) betrays him and opens his own restaurant offering similar cuisines, while his wife gets jealous and suspicious of him being unfaithful as he is surrounded by young and beautiful co-workers every day. With the support and help from his family and AI robot, can Dongnan overcome the new challenges that await?

Terms & Conditions

• A valid SAFRA membership is required at point of contest participation and on the day of ticket redemption.
• Contests are applicable to SAFRA members, MovieMax members and NSFs on full membership.
• Contest winners are selected through a computerised balloting system and is subjected to compliance with audit procedures.
• All staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in all lucky draws organised by SAFRA. Immediate family members in this context refers to spouse, children, parents and siblings.
• Winners will be informed via email and are required to adhere to the allocated movie screening time. No changes to the movie screening time will be entertained and tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Strictly no replacement of tickets is allowed if not collected by the stipulated date and time. All winning tickets won from contests are strictly not for resale. Unlawful resale will result in termination of SAFRA membership.
• Do bring along your valid SAFRA card/e-card via SAFRA app for verification when collecting tickets. If you would like to authorise a proxy to collect the tickets on your behalf, please produce a Letter of Authorisation upon ticket collection. A copy of the Letter of Authorsation is available at the bottom of this page for use.
• By submitting this application, I confirm that: (a) the information provided by me is true and correct, (b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (www.safra.sg/privacy-policy) relating to membership / interest group / events / use of services and facilities (as may be applicable) and SAFRA’s general business purposes, as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and (c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to our collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.

Letter of Authorisation for Movie Treats

Won tickets but unable to attend the movie treat? Not to worry, you may arrange for a proxy to attend on your behalf. Simply present a signed copy of a Letter of Authorisation for verification upon ticket collection on the day of the event.

For movies with higher age ratings, please ensure that your proxy meets the minimum age requirement.
A valid photo ID may be required as proof of age at the point of admission. 
Shaw Theatres reserves the right to refuse admission if your invited guests fail to produce a photo ID as Proof of age or found to be below the requisite age.
