All participants will receive a participant goodie bag and event t-shirt**. Collection of the goodie bag & event t-shirt will be from 7.30am to 2pm on event day.
Please note that uncollected goodie bags will not be kept after the event unless otherwise arranged.

Registered players will also be required to input their preferred t-shirt size inside the Tournament Player List Form. For easy reference, please refer to the T-shirt size chart below:

- All players below the age of 18 years old (who has yet to pass their birthday) will be required to complete a Parental / Guardian Consent Form.
