First organized in 2018, SAFRA Youth Fiesta was one of SAFRA Tampines’ flagship events catering to youths with various sports competitions such as soccer, futsal, touch rugby, Frisbee and more. After the pandemic, SAFRA Tampines took on a different angle to engage youths by introducing DoujinFes for the first time in 2023 and everyone had such a great time understanding Japanese anime and cosplay culture!

This year, we are happy to bring back SAFRA Youth Fiesta 2024 with a brand new concept of a Youth hang-out weekend, which include a marriage of sports tournaments and DoujinFes.

Themed Bento Workshop
In partnership with Okome

Curate a cute thematic bento from the heart with guidance from professional chef supported by our event partner, Okome!

*Terms & Conditions:

1. As the bento workshop is a little difficult for children, all children who are participating in this bento workshop must be accompanied by an adult. Upon registration, please select "individual" if you are registering for a 12 years old child and above, or "Adult & Child" if registering for a child age between 7-11 years old with a parent/guardian to supervise (age as of year of event).
2. Each individual participant will receive 1 goodie bag and 1 set of bento to work on during the workshop. For pair registration, there will be total of 2 goodie bags and 2 set of bento to work on (1 for each person registered).
3. All successful registration will entitle a slot (for individual) or two slots (for Adult & Child) with the necessary ingredients and equipment to be used. We seek for your understanding not to bring any additional person during the session as we will not be able to cater for the additional seat.
4. Any child below the indicated entry age will not be eligible for this activity.
5. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
6. All equipment provided by OKOME are strictly for use during the session and must be returned at the end of the session (except for disposable or one-time use items). Any missing equipment will be chargeable to participant(s) and SAFRA reserves the rights to contact the participant and demand for payment upon investigation.
7. SAFRA reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. Media Rights: Photographs, videos and other recordings ("Media") will be taken by SAFRA and Okome (on behalf of SAFRA) at this event. By attending this event, whether as a parent/guardian representing your child/ward, participant, staff or volunteer, you consent to and grant SAFRA (organiser) the right to use such media for internal record purposes, publicity purposes, commercial advertising and distribution to its sponsors and partners which includes Okome. Please note that non-official photographers might also operate at this activity. SAFRA has no control over and is not responsible in any way for any media produced by non-official photographers.
