Terms and Conditions

  • Only valid SAFRA members are eligible to apply for SAFRA Travel Club membership, subject to the validity of your SAFRA membership. SAFRA members must have membership validity of  minimum tenure of 4 terms (2 years) at the point of sign up/renewal.
  • SAFRA Travel Club membership shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following successful sign-up/renewal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SAFRA Travel Club member rates may be reflected within three (3) hours of successful sign-up.
  • All payments made for SAFRA Travel Club membership are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • SAFRA Travel Club membership entitles members to preferential rates for SAFRA corporate units at D’Resort and NSRCC.
  • All bookings are subject to availability, prevailing booking policies, and applicable terms and conditions imposed by SAFRA and/or the respective operators.
  • Membership does not guarantee availability of accommodation.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any benefits at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Members are required to comply with all booking terms, house rules, and policies imposed by SAFRA and/or the operators, including D’Resort and NSRCC.
  • The accommodation units are intended for lawful and legitimate purposes only, and members and their guests shall not engage in any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any booking or access without compensation or refund in the event of any breach, misconduct, or suspected illegal activity.
  • Members and their guests are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and any breach may result in eviction and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
  • Any promotions, goods, or services offered by third-party merchants are provided solely by such merchants and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
  • SAFRA shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of such merchants, including any defects in goods or services.
  • All disputes arising from such transactions shall be resolved directly between the member and the relevant merchant.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAFRA shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by members or their guests arising out of or in connection with the use of membership benefits, the booking or stay at SAFRA corporate units, or any third-party goods or services.
  • By applying for SAFRA Travel Club membership, I confirm that: (a) the information provided by me is true, complete and accurate; (b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purpose of administering, processing and facilitating my SAFRA Travel Club membership, including verification of eligibility, communication relating to membership, booking processing for SAFRA corporate units, and any necessary operational or administrative matters relating to my membership and use of associated benefits, in accordance with SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (https://www.safra.sg/privacy-policy) which sets out how SAFRA manages personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and (c) where I provide personal data of any third party, I confirm that I have obtained the consent of the third party for SAFRA’s collection, use and/or disclosure of such personal data for the above purposes.
  • Personal data may be disclosed to relevant service providers, including D’Resort and NSRCC operators, strictly for operational and administrative purposes relating to bookings and stays.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to interpret, amend, vary, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Continued use of SAFRA Travel Club membership shall constitute acceptance of any such amendments. Members are required to comply with the SAFRA Constitution and By-Laws, as amended from time to time.
