Terms and Conditions

  • SAFRA reserves the right to make the final decision and change/replace the promotional offer as it deems fits.
  • This promotion is not valid with any other promotions which includes, but not limited to, free entry to SEC-organised events & SEC membership registration during events.
  • Decision by SAFRA is final. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
  • Promotion is strictly held from the respective start date.
  • Successful members will be notified via email on the details to claim the gift. Should the gift remains unclaimed one (1) month after notification, SAFRA reserves the rights to award another member the gift.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to amend, withdraw or supplement the Gift at its sole discretion at any time without notice or liability.
  • SAFRA makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Gift. Any dispute about the Gift must be resolved directly with the supplier of the Gift. SAFRA is not liable for any injury, death, claim, loss or damage whatsoever arising in connection with the Gift.
  • The Gift is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part of in whole and is not replaceable, if expired, lost or stolen.
  • SAFRA is not obliged to replace any email expired, lost or not received.
  • The Gift must be redeemed within two (2) months from the send date of email, failing which the Gift will be deemed to be unclaimed and you will be deemed to have relinquished your entitlement to the Gift.
  • The Promotion is subject to availability of the Gifts, and SAFRA may vary these terms and conditions (including the value of the Gift and offer an alternative gift as replacement if the Gift is out of stock) at any time without notice or liability.
  • By way of registration for SEC membership, you have given your consent to receive all forms of communications relating to SEC, regardless of your preferred form of communications as indicated with SAFRA. Please contact SEC here if you have any concerns or wish to opt out of future communications on SEC.
  • By submitting this application, I confirm that: (a) the information provided by me is true and correct, (b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (www.safra.sg/privacy-policy) relating to membership / interest group / events / use of services and facilities (as may be applicable) and SAFRA’s general business purposes, as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and (c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to our collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.
  • SAFRA shall be the sole interpreter of the Terms & Conditions laid and reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • Members may, opt to create a mySAFRA account. The Terms of Use for the mySAFRA Account can be found on www.safra.sg.
  • Members shall abide by the SAFRA Constitution and By-Laws of SAFRA as shall be amended form time to time. SAFRA reserves the right to amend the By-Laws or any Terms and Conditions implemented in accordance with the By-Laws, without prior notice and Members shall be deemed to have notice and shall abide with such amendments accordingly.
