Dear SAFRA Members, In view of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus infection, the SAFRA movie contest for the screening of ‘Sonic: The Hedgehog’ on 22 Feb 2020 and Disney's Mulan on 26 Mar 2020 will not be proceeding. Terms and Conditions

  • Only valid SAFRA members are eligible to sign-up for MovieMax membership.
  • MovieMax membership is subject to the validity of your SAFRA membership.
  • Payment for MovieMax membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • SAFRA is not an agent to the merchants.
  • SAFRA is not liable nor responsible for the acts or defaults of the merchants or defects in the goods or services in the promotions offered.
  • All disputes are to be resolved directly with the merchants.
  • Movie promotions are valid till 31 Dec 2025.
  • Combo discount is applicable with purchase of a movie ticket. Each combo discount coupon is valid for purchase of maximum one (1) discounted combo set.
  • Combo discount excludes themed, premium-priced and promotion combo sets.
  • Purchase movie tickets via m.safra.sg or at Shaw Theatres Box Office.
  • Combo sets are not applicable for purchase with presentation of Shaw Movie Vouchers.
  • Discount is not valid on the Eve of Christmas, Christmas Day, Eve of New Year’s Day, New Year's Day, Eve of Chinese New Year and 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year.
  • Valid for tickets purchased online or at Shaw Theatres box offices located at Lot One, Paya Lebar Quarter, Seletar, Waterway Point and Balestier only.
  • Member must present valid, physical SAFRA card/e-card via SAFRA app or photo ID in person at point of purchase. Photo ID may be required for sighting for authentication purposes.
  • Movie rates do not include online/mobile booking surcharges and usual booking surcharge is applicable for every transaction.
  • Not valid for group/corporate bookings, concessions and other offers/promotions or discounts.
  • Each MovieMax member can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets only.
  • Purchase of movie tickets must be made on the day of the movie screening at the cinema counter only and may not be used in combination with other discounts or promotional offers.
  • Not valid for premium-priced films (i.e. IMAX, Shaw Theatres premiere, Shaw Theatres Lumiere, Dreamers, 3D Movies (except for MovieMax location for MovieMax members), Hindi/Tamil films, Special Event movies, Film festivals, Special Movie Packages (Family Movie Day, Ladies Nights) movie concert tickets or movie marathons.
  • By submitting this application, I confirm that: (a) the information provided by me is true and correct, (b) I consent to SAFRA’s collection, use and disclosure of my personal data for the purposes set out in SAFRA’s Privacy Policy ( www.safra.sg/privacy-policy) relating to membership / interest group / events / use of services and facilities (as may be applicable) and SAFRA’s general business purposes, as amended from time to time, which outlines how SAFRA manages my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and (c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to our collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.
  • By participating in the MovieMax Contest, you agree that SAFRA may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the contest entry form, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and SAFRA’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.safra.sg/privacy-policy), and in particular to administer the contest and to contact you in the event that you are a winner.
  • SAFRA shall be the sole interpreter of the Terms & Conditions laid and reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • Members may opt to create a SAFRA account. The Terms of Use for the SAFRA Account can be found on www.safra.sg.
  • Members shall abide by the SAFRA Constitution and By-Laws of SAFRA as shall be amended from time to time.
  • SAFRA reserves the right to amend the By-Laws or any Terms and Conditions implemented in accordance with the By-Laws, without prior notice and Members shall be deemed to have notice and shall abide with such amendments accordingly.
