General Terms and Condition

  1. The $61 joining fee promotion is valid until 30 September 2026.
  2. To enjoy gym membership privileges, all applicable fees (including joining and administrative fees, where applicable) must be paid in full before entry.
  3. Gym membership is available only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 16 and above.
  4. Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable. Entry will be denied to non-members and holders of membership plans that do not include gym access.
  5. Instalment payment plans are available only for amounts of $400 and above and are accepted via POSB/DBS credit cards or the Red Dot instalment scheme.
  6. Access for Off-Peak Membership holders is restricted to off-peak hours: weekdays from 6.30 am to 5.00 pm, and weekends from 6.30 am to 1.00 pm and 8.00 pm to closing. Platinum and All-Day Membership holders may access the gym at any time during operating hours.
  7. Payments are accepted daily until 10.00 pm.
  8. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
  9. SAFRA reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Platinum / Dependent Membership (Only for Active SAFRA Principal and Family Members)

  1. Only open to active SAFRA principal and family membership holders.
  2. The SAFRA membership tenure must remain valid for a period longer than the EnergyOne membership.
  3. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

Term All-Day / Off-Peak Membership (Singaporeans/PRs)

  1. Only open to Singaporeans and PRs above 16 years old.

Renewals (All Membership Types)

  1. Open only to existing EnergyOne members who renew within 14 days of their membership expiry date. Renewed memberships will be backdated to the day immediately following the expiry date to ensure continuous membership.
  2. Members may renew their membership in advance before it expires.
  3. The maximum renewal tenure is 24 months (2 years).
