Youth Challenge (18 - 35 years old)

This is a competitive challenge where participants will be competing to earn the maximum number of points.
- There will be 5 stations, with each station timed at 3 minutes with 2 minutes interval.
- Participants will be given 30 minutes to complete all 5 stations.
- Participants must submit their score card right after their wave ends.
- The top 3 highest accumulated points for each category will be the winners.

Station 2: ViPR Squat
Station 3: Box Jump
Station 4: Burpees
Station 5: Kettlebell Lift (10kg for Men; 8kg for Women)

Fitness Race

This is a time-based challenge where participants compete to finish the race in the shortest possible time.
Elite/ Open Categories
Participants will begin the race with a run carrying sand bags (1km for Elite, 500m for Open).
Upon completion of the run, they will have to climb the “Stairs of Life” to the Futsal Court on level 2, where they will have to complete a series of stations.
Station 1: Skiier
Station 2: Assault Bike
Station 3: Tyre Flip
Station 4: Box Jump
Station 5: Low Wall
Station 6: Low Rope
Failure to complete a station will result in a penalty of 30 burpees.
Double Trouble
The pair of participants will begin the race with a 1km run carrying sand bags (each participant must complete 500m).
Upon completion of the run, they will have to climb the “Stairs of Life” to the Futsal Court on level 2, where they will have to complete a series of stations.
Station 1: Kettlebell Swing (10kg)
Station 2: Farmers Deadlift (8kg on each side)
Station 3: Tyre Flip
Station 4: Rower
Station 5: Low Wall
Station 6: Low Rope
Failure to complete a station will result in a penalty of 30 burpees.
