- Exclusively for SAFRA members only.
- Limited to first 300 redemptions upon completion of the 3 stamps, based on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- A new card will be issued to member upon completion of 3 stamps.
- One (1) stamp per receipt for one (1) campaign.
- Customer Service Counter operating hours are from 9.30am to 8.30pm daily, except eve of Chinese New Year on 28 Jan 2025 (closed at 1pm) and Chinese New Year on 29 & 30 Jan 2025 (closed).
- During the LNY closure of the Customer Service Counter, members are allowed to retain their receipts and bring back to the club within 3 working days to receive their stamps.
- Present a single receipt with a minimum spend of $8 nett (inclusive GST and service tax) at participating club vendor outlets to get ONE stamp on the SAFRA Loyalty Card.
- The SAFRA Lunar New Year $10 e-voucher can only be redeemed at the same SAFRA club.
- SAFRA members can claim up to 5 times of SAFRA Lunar New Year $10 e-voucher at each club.
- No replacement of the stamps on the card will be given for any lost card, however a new blank card will be issued upon request.
- Multiple collection of stamps under one (1) receipt is not allowed.
- No splitting of bills is allowed for this redemption.
- Redeem a SAFRA Lunar New Year $10 e-voucher via SAFRA Mobile App once 3 stamps are accumulated.
- Online and duplicate receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- Receipts paid using e-credits at Lifestyle Mart at SAFRA Punggol will not be accepted for stamp collection.
- Soiled/torn/tampered receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- Original receipts and completed loyalty cards will be retained for documentation purposes.
- Not available for My McDonald’s App deals, McDelivery®, Drive-through or with other offers at McDonald’s
- Redemption of e-voucher is to be made only through front counters of the main McDonald’s restaurant at SAFRA Punggol’s, SAFRA Toa Payoh’s and SAFRA Yishun’s outlets only, while stocks last.
- SAFRA Club Atrium Sales (e.g. Yong Hup Seng, Books Fair, etc.) receipts are not valid for the SAFRA Lunar New Year $10 e-voucher campaign.
- SAFRA member must be present to redeem the SAFRA Lunar New Year $10 e-voucher and member is not allowed to redeem on Principal/Dependent behalf.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw/amend/append any terms & condition without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
