Terms & Conditions
- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA App in person before boarding.
- There is no age restrictions.
- Any change in date or destination is considered as cancellation. There will not be any refund for less than or 3 days prior notice to booking date. 50% refund will be given with less than or 7 days prior notice to booking date. More than 7 days prior notice entitles a full refund with 10% cancellation fee charged.
- All yachts are pet-friendly. An additional fee of $50/pet is required.
- All pets are required to wear pet diapers and to always remain outdoors.
- There will be a deposit of $500 for pets without diapers. It will be refunded within 3 working days after the trip should there be no cleaning services required.
- Any damages, stains or mishaps may be chargeable based on the replacement value.
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
- Merchant reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
