How To Redeem
  1. Download SAFRA mobile app.
  2. On <Home>, tap the <eVouchers> icon.
  3. Select the treat in your <Wallet> and redeem at the participating outlet.
  4. Scan QR code or enter 4-digit code located at the cashier only upon ordering/payment.

Important Reminders

  1. Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process.  Do also ensure that you have granted mSAFRA app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
  2. The interface of the <Wallet> stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in <Wallet>, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen.
