Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions shall apply to the Shell V-Power at the price of Shell FuelSave 98 promotion (this “Promotion”) organised by Shell Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Shell”).
- “Promotion Period” is from 28 June 2024, 7am to 30 June 2024, 10pm (both dates inclusive), 5 July 2024, 7am to 7 July 2024, 10pm (both dates inclusive), 12 July 2024, 7am to 15 July 2024, 10pm (both dates inclusive), within which the Promotion will run, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
- This Promotion is applicable, while stocks last, to all customers* who purchase Shell V-Power during the Promotion Period at Participating Stations as defined below. *Corporate Shell Card customers will only be eligible for this Promotion if their cards do not restrict the refueling of Shell V-Power.
- During the Promotion Period, the price of Shell V-Power will be the prevailing price of Shell FuelSave 98, before applicable discounts or rebates.
- This Promotion is available at all Shell stations in Singapore except for the Shell station stated below (“Participating Stations”):
Non-participating Shell station Address Shell Woodlands Mandai 695 Mandai Road, S(279752) - No minimum fuel purchase is required for this Promotion.
- Any savings or discount from this Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, partially or wholly, or for other goods or services.
- Shell reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion and without any liability whatsoever, to amend and/or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the redemption of any of the Promotion items, and the timing of any act to be done, and all customers shall be bound by such amendments and/or deletion.
- The decisions of Shell on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion, including in relation to any dispute in connection with this Promotion, are final, conclusive and binding. Shell shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this Promotion.
- Shell shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Promotion howsoever arising, including but not limited to, the redemption and use of the Promotion items, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, as well as any other direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Shell of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Shell for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- By participating in this Promotion, all customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all customers are deemed to have agreed to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
- A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
