- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA mobile app in person upon check in. Failure to provide an eligible member card upon check-in will result in the full price of stay being charged to the cardholder.
- The name on the booking & passport must match the name of the membership cardholder.
- Cancellation of reservation after booking will incur a 50% charge of the entire stay and cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled arrival, will be charged 100% of the total stay amount.
