HOW TO REDEEM
1) Login to your SAFRA App
2) Enter 'COCONUT' in the redemption box and click 'SUBMIT'.
3) E-voucher will be shown as ‘REDEEMED’.
4) Go to your ‘History' tab under 'e-voucher' to view your unique promo code.
5) Apply your unique promo code at Mr Coconut’s self-help kiosk at all outlets except Jewel.
Important Reminders
. Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WiFi on their smart devices as the participating outlet location's WiFi may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Do also ensure that you have granted SAFRA mobile app to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
2. The interface of the <Wallet> stops near the halfway mark of the smart device. As such, to locate your e-Voucher in <Wallet>, scroll up the various e-Voucher images, without touching the black background of the screen.

• Each valid SAFRA NSF member is entitled to 1 redemption, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Each promo code issued is valid for a one-time redemption of 1 medium-sized Coconut shake. Any upgrade or additional toppings to the coconut shake will be charged accordingly to the member.
• Free Mr Coconut Shake promo code must be redeemed by 14 Mar 2025 at any Mr Coconut outlets except Jewel and is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or redeemed.
• SAFRA and Mr Coconut reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
