- Customer can select either island delivery or self-collection at The Mandarin Cake Shop located in the Hotel Lobby. Delivery and self-collection date is subject to availability upon check-out at the website.
- For self-collection method, it is available at The Mandarin Cake Shop located in the Hotel Lobby between 11am to 6pm daily. Kindly choose your preferred date upon check-out (subject to availability). Please present your online purchase order number to the staff upon collection.
- For island delivery, it is available from 5 August to 13 September 2024 between 11am to 6pm based on your preferred date and time upon check-out (subject to availability). Requested delivery times are estimates, delays may occur due to weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
- A delivery charge of SGD 68+ is fixed per location within Singapore except restricted areas including but not limited to Free-trade zones, Airports, Ports, Military camps, Depots, and Jurong Island.
