Limited to first 300 redemptions and 1 redemption per SAFRA member.
Please present your SAFRA e-card/membership card to collect the activity card.
Present the completed activity card to the Customer Service Officers at the Concierge on Level 3 from 9.30am to 8.30pm to process your redemption.
Member must be present during the redemption to ensure that the FREE Jack's Place Kid's Meal e-voucher is sent successfully to the member's SAFRA mobile app.
The free Jack's Place Kid's Meal e-voucher is valid for use from 4 Oct 2024 to 31 Oct 2024 only at SAFRA Punggol - Jack's Place outlet. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
Kid’s Meal is for kids under 10 years old and for Dine-in only.

Please create your mySAFRA account, download SAFRA Mobile App and log into the SAFRA Mobile App before redeeming the FREE Jack's Place Kid's Meal e-voucher.
Prior to redeeming, members are strongly advised to turn off WIFI on their smart devices as the participating outlet location’s WIFI may cause an interruption to the redemption process. Kindly also ensure that you have granted SAFRA Mobile App to mobile data access/usage at all times to improve connectivity for redemption of e-voucher.
