- Will be closed for an event from 23 June to 1st July 2025
- Will be unavailable for booking during Goal Kick Academy scheduled classes on these dates

- All bookings and payments must be made in advance and with presentation of valid SAFRA Membership, physical Student card or Servicemen (11B) pass for verification, subjected to approval by The Management.
- Valid for in-person booking only through our Customer Experience Ambassadors at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang, Level 1 Concierge . Operating hours: 9am - 9pm. Payment modes: NETS/Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa).
- Promotions cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, vouchers/ e-vouchers, benefits or offers.
- 50% of players are to present his/her valid SAFRA Membership, physical Student card or Servicemen (11B) pass (including the person who made the booking) for verification when requested on the day of booking. Failure to do so will result in the slot being cancelled without refund from The Management.
- General Futsal Court usage terms & conditions applies. Please refer to https://www.safra.sg/whats-on/futsal-courts.
- Use of the facility shall not be carried about without making prior bookings and full payment being made.
- In case of no show, the booking shall be forfeited.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations.
- All bookings are non-transferable. Offenders (both transferor and transferee) will be banned from future bookings by The Management.
- The Management has the rights to stop all events that are not approved or are deemed inappropriate for the use of the facility.
- Use of facility must be in accordance with the purpose approved by SAFRA, and strictly not be used for any religious or political purpose. SAFRA’s decision on whether there will be or is such purpose shall be final.
- The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
