A one-time admin fee of $10.90 (inclusive of 9% GST) each is required for registration of the 2nd and subsequent Dependent members within each family. This administrative fee will be waived until 31 March 2025.

Supporting documents required for new SAFRA membership:

  • Ordinary (A) Membership: 11B, NS booklet, SAF SmartCard or Certificate of Conduct.
  • Ordinary (B) Membership: Certification Of Service (COS) or Letter Of Discharge from National Service
  • Associate Membership: 11B or payslip

SAFRA Family Scheme (1st Dependent) Promotion Terms & Conditions

Membership Sign-up/Renewal Terms and Conditions

  • SAFRA Family Scheme Promotion is only applicable for:
    1. 1st Dependent member of each family unit
    2. Female spouses and children (aged 5 – 20)
    3. New sign-ups/renewals

  • Application is for sign-up with a minimum of 2 years membership.

  • SAFRA Family Scheme subscription must be accompanied by a valid Principal membership and the expiry date of the SAFRA Family Scheme must not exceed that of the Principal membership.

  • Female spouses and children of Ordinary A (excluding NSFs)/ Ordinary B/ Associate/ Life members are eligible for SAFRA Family Scheme.

  • Child Dependent members’ age must be lower than 21 years old at the end of the membership tenure.

  • Maximum membership tenure including advance renewal is capped at 12 years (i.e. until 2036).

  • Strictly no refund of membership fees for all sign-ups/renewals.

  • SAFRAPOINTS cannot be used to pay for SAFRA Membership application or any other ongoing SAFRA Membership promotions.

  • This promotion is only valid for one-time sign-up only.

  • This promotion is not valid with other SAFRA membership promotions.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the SAFRA General Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  • SAFRA’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding on all qualified SAFRA members.

  • SAFRA may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

  • The qualified members consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of the Qualified SAFRA members’ personal data by/ to the SAFRA’s agent or vendors and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion.
