SAFRA members are invited to attend the SAFRA Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Details are as follows:

• Address by the President
• Adoption of the minutes of 50^th Annual General Meeting
• Adoption of the Annual Report for FY 2023/2024
• Adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2023/2024
• Any other matter of which notice in writing has been given to the General Secretary at least seven days before the meeting*.

PRE-EVENT REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is compulsory and closes on Fri, 1 Nov 2024, 3pm. Payment for guests is to be made on Sun 3 Nov 2024 before 3pm at the AGM fringe activities registration booth at Sonic Bowl, Level 4, SAFRA Choa Chu Kang.

(Prices include entertainment and food. Inclusive of 9% GST.)

• Visit our Customer Service Counters (open daily, 9am - 9pm) at any SAFRA club.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email via the email address which you had used for registration.

EVENT ATTENDANCE

The first 450 applicable Principal Members who attend the AGM will receive an exclusive SAFRA souvenir, while stocks last.

For Ordinary A members with voting rights, you will receive the voting link when you register your attendance onsite on the day of the AGM in order to enable you to participate in real-time voting on AGM agenda items during the AGM proceedings.

GETTING THERE

Complimentary parking at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang will be made available to SAFRA members who attend the AGM on the day of the event. Parking coupons can be collected when you register your attendance on event day at the club. As parking lots at the club are limited, registrants are advised to arrive early. Otherwise you may need to park at other nearby parking facilities.
