- Please create your mySAFRA account, download SAFRA mobile app and login to the SAFRA mobile app before collecting the $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA e-voucher.
- Redemption of the $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA e-voucher is at the 7 SAFRA Clubs' Customer Service Counters from 9am to 9pm daily. Please produce your membership card or e-card for verification purposes.
- Happy Birthday from SAFRA campaign is scheduled to run on a monthly basis from April 2024 to March 2025. Redemption is valid to the member's birthday month exclusively.
- Limited to 1 redemption per member born in Dec
- Limited to 1 redemption per member throughout the 7 SAFRA clubs.
- Limited to the first 50 members per SAFRA club, redemptions are based on first come, first serve basis. Member must be present during the redemption to ensure that the $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA e-voucher is sent successfully to the member's SAFRA mobile app.
- $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA Dec 2024 e-voucher is valid for use from 1 Dec 2024 to 31 Jan 2025. There will not be any extension of the validity period.
- Please present the $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA e-voucher to participating vendor outlets at the SAFRA Club that you have collected the e-voucher to receive a $20 cash discount.
- $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA e-voucher is not stackable; only one e-voucher can be used to receive a $20 cash discount from a single receipt.
- Redemption of e-voucher is to be made only through front counters of the main Burger King restaurant at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang's outlet, main McDonald’s restaurant at SAFRA Punggol’s, SAFRA Toa Payoh’s and SAFRA Yishun’s outlets only, while stocks last.
- Not available for My McDonald’s App deals, McDelivery®, Drive-through or with other offers at McDonald’s.
- $20 Happy Birthday from SAFRA e-voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- No change or return in cash/credit will be given if total spending is less than e-voucher amount.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw/amend/append any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

(c) where Personal Data of any third party is provided by me, I have obtained the consent of the third party to SAFRA’s collection, use and/or disclosure of those Personal Data.
